I woke up at 8 a.m. to go kayaking while picking up litter. Every first Saturday of the month, Rotaract of UCI partners up with the Newport Irvine Rotary Club to pick up the garbage that frequently litters the water and shores of the Newport Backup. It’s an awesome way to have fun (plus get a tan and workout!) while contributing to the great cause of keeping our water clean.
