Do you find yourselves browsing the same fashion blogs night after night, waiting for new updates? There’s no need for that because the web is filled with plenty of undiscovered blogs that are just as good, if not better, than the ones you have been glued to. Here are a few of my favorites that you might have not heard about. They are all so different yet very inspirational!
LOVEMAEGAN.COM
Here’s a fashion blog I heard about my sophomore year at UCI and got completely hooked! Maegan’s blog simply has it all, from her stylish outfits to DIY (Do It Yourself) projects, it’s not only good for procrastinating, but also great for bringing out the crafty fashionista within you!
LOOKBOOK.NU
This blog is a collection of photographs posted by fashionable men and women from all around the world of their stylish outfits. I found it to be inspirational because they are all ordinary people with extraordinary creativity. Another bonus to this website is that the photographs load as you scroll down. It’s an extra plus to procrastinating because there is no more clicking “older posts.”
FASHIONISTA.COM
This website not only updates you on current trends, but gives you a guide into New York’s Fashion Week as well. Looking for jobs or internships? Fashionista.com is the website to turn to. It lists certain design labels looking for interns and gives you a place to apply and submit your cover letter and resume.
THE SARTORIALIST.COM
The Sartorialist, which I’m sure many of you Collegiettes have heard of, is the number one blog for anything and everything fashion! Founded by Scott Schuman, it is a blog comparing fashion with daily life. He captures styles on the streets of Milan and New York, providing creative and new ideas for your stylish tastes.
