At this point in the semester, with midterms and essays due, it’s nice to have some yummy and nutritious snacks to help you power through! When you have something to munch on, studying tends to feel a little less dreadful. Here are some of my favorite snacks that’ll help you stay focused while studying:

Trader Joe’s Chili & Lime Flavored Rolled Corn Tortilla Chips

I’ve been addicted to these chips from Trader Joe’s for a while, and for a good reason — they’re the perfect mix of crunchy, salty, and sour. These zesty chips are something I tend to snack on while working on readings or typing up an essay.

Bonus: they’re also gluten-free!

Trader Joe’s Veggie Sticks

These crunchy snacks from Trader Joe’s are a colorful blend of potato, spinach, tomato, and beetroot, seasoned to a salty perfection. They’re the perfect study snack since they offer a good source of carbohydrates, giving you enough energy to power through studying. Additionally, they’re incredibly convenient to grab out of the bag — anytime, anywhere.

String Cheese

String cheese is my favorite pick-me-up during the day. In between classes, it’s something quick to eat and also offers a bit of protein as well. Pair it with crackers for an even better, more balanced snack!

Grapes

Grapes are my go-to choice for keeping fruit in my dorm since they fit perfectly in the mini-fridge. They’re also easy to wash and eat when you need a quick snack! Packed with vitamins, grapes are the perfect fresh, crunchy snack.

Bonus: they taste even better frozen!

Girl Scout Cookies

Since it’s Girl Scout Cookie season, I’ve seen a few troops selling boxes outside of campus. Seeing all the scouts this past week tempted me to buy a few boxes, making them my recent favorite sweet treat/study snack. With so many options, it’s impossible not to buy these amazing cookies!

This list includes just a few snacks you can incorporate into your snack rotation to make studying slightly more bearable. The options are endless!
