I Went Crazy on My Dream Amazon Shopping Spree

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at UC Berkeley chapter.

Can I buy everything I want off of Amazon? When my editor challenged me to create my dream Amazon shopping spree, I set out to find out.  Here are some of my best finds:

  1. Space Cat Pin Set

This pin set isn’t something that I knew I wanted, but as soon as it popped up on my feed I knew it was meant to be. Something about cats in space suits makes my heart so full.

  1. POC Firnix MIPS Ski Helmet in Matt Green

As an avid skier on the Cal Ski Team, I’ve wanted this ski helmet for so long. However, when I went to buy it from other retailers, the shipping was outrageous. I was pleasantly surprised to see that it’s available through Amazon Prime.

  1. Guild Guitars Starfire IV in Emerald Green

Having found the EXACT helmet I wanted, I decided to stretch my theory that I can buy everything I’ve ever wanted off of Amazon. And it checks out. The only thing between me and my dream guitar is the “Buy Now” button.

  1. Set of 15 Midliners

Realistically, though, I don’t have $1399 to spare. So I’ll settle for a nice set of colorful Midliners to get organized and pretend I’ll ace midterms.

  1. Venus Fly Trap Plant

After failing my midterms, I’ll need a friend to keep me company.  Luckily, I can buy a friend off Amazon in the form of a carnivores plant!

  1. Bubbles & Books Subscription Box

In all seriousness, I’m obsessed with this subscription box that sends a book from a genre of your choosing and bath products every month. Not feeling thrillers this month? No worries!

  1. Plush Slipper Socks

This is pretty self explanatory.  Who doesn’t love fuzzy socks?

Not only was I able to find all my hopes and dreams on Amazon, I found some things I never knew I wanted. Don’t let a measly “Buy Now” button stand between you and your hearts desires. And if you can’t buy it now, its time to bulk up that wish list.
