Campus Celebrity Of The Week: Semra Hunter

Occupation: Real Madrid TV Reporter at Real Madrid C.F
Hunter who is from Manhattan Beach, Ca, graduated from Mira Costa High School in 2005. She decided to become a golden bear (yay!) and attend Cal from 2005 to 2009. Hunter received her Bachelor’s degree in Peace and Conflict Studies (International Area Studies). During her time at Berkeley, Hunter was part of Phi Beta Kappa, was a National Collegiate Scholar, and was on the Dean’s Honor Roll (for four years).
After graduating, Hunter moved to Madrid, Spain where she attended UEM-Real Madrid International School. She received a Master’s degree in Communications and Sports Journalism. Currently, Hunter is a Real Madrid TV Reporter at Real Madrid C.F, one of the most important and succesful soccer club’s in the world. A fun fact about Hunter is that she speaks four languages: Spanish, English, Turkish and Catalan. We are so proud of Semra Hunter and of all her achievements. Go Bears!!!
