When I landed in Hong Kong (a.k.a Home Kong) on the 18th, there was already a large crowd of eager parents and family at arrivals, waiting for the return of their beloved from the faraway lands of academia. They carried banners with names as they swarmed the gates, wearing keen grins in anticipation of loved ones.
