This past Thanksgiving Railroad Park debuted their new ice skating rink! The rink is open 7 days a week including holidays. It will remain open until January 16th, so you have plenty of time to plan a date! General admission (2-hour skate) is $10, however; they often offer themed and discounted nights. If you’re looking for a break from studying, this Wednesday (December 14th) is college night! You will receive $2 off by showing your One Card!

The ice skating rink has a perfect view of the downtown Birmingham skyline, which makes for great insta opps! Grab your friends or family and plan a night of fun! If you’re interested in light displays you can also check out  ZooLight Safari at the Birmingham Zoo. It is one of the highest ranked displays in the state! The display includes over 1 millions lights that will surely brighten up your night!
