The Southern Kitchen and Bar is a part of Uptown, a place filled with plenty of good southern food with an upscale twist this is the place to go. The Southern has amazing food and a great astrosphere that is a great place to dine on Valentine’s Day.
2. The Cheesecake Factory

Now, if you are into fancy dinners but still want good food and dessert the Cheesecake Factory is the place to go. It is one of the most popular places here in Birmingham and located in the Summit. Their menu is filled with many different foods and their cheesecakes are to die for, so you and your significant other will have a great time eating here.
3. Flip Burger Boutique
Cost: $$-$$$
If you want burgers and fries, but do not want to take your baby to Five Guys try out Flip Burger Boutique. This place is also located in the Summit and offers juicy burgers, fresh cut fries, and great milkshakes. Unlike Five Guys, this place offers more of a romantic setting to enjoy on Valentine’s Day.
4. Pappadeaux Seafood
Cost: $$$$
Located right off 280 Pappadeaux is a popular seafood place here in Birmingham. They have great seafood and the place is always packed on special occasions. Now, this place is a bit pricey but the food and service are definitely worth it. P.S if the price is too much for you try out Fish Market or Red Lobster.
5. Urban Cookhouse
Cost: $-$$
Urban Cookhouse is great food place that gets their food from a local farmer’s market. It’s a nice small place and is affordable for you and your bae. The have great sandwich’s, wraps, salads and make sure you get their half- baked cookie topped with ice cream and chocolate syrup.
