I don’t know about you, but I’m always discovering new products and brands through Instagram, TikTok, and friends and family, but I can never pull the trigger on pricier items, especially at places like Sephora. With the store’s lofty prices, it’s always so hard for me to justify my purchases.
But all is well, because I like to wait until the holiday season to splurge a little for friends, family, and myself. Sephora’s holiday gift sets are sometimes hit or miss, but this year the brand had some real gems!

These lip masks and balms have been raved about time and time again, and they truly live up to the hype. This Korean skincare brand has formulated the most nourishing and moisturizing lip products, with the added benefit of their delicious smell! The Dream & Wonder set comes with a full-size Lip Sleeping Mask in the original berry flavor, along with two mini sample sizes in new flavors: lemon sorbet and mint choco. I love this lip mask and have gone through several tubs, so I’m definitely going to pick up a set.
Another great option from the same brand is the glowy lip balm set. This gift set includes two full size glowy lip balms. Again, one is in the original berry flavor, but the second one is in their new gummy bear flavor – yum!
I like to use the lip mask at night, but sometimes I’ll apply it during the day if the winter weather is especially bad. If I feel like using a lighter product, I use the glowy lip balms. I particularly love the applicator that they come with!

Kosas is another brand that has become popular recently, and for good reason. It’s a clean beauty brand that also makes great lip products – if it isn’t already apparent, I like to splurge on lip products!
The Kosas Wet Set Lip Oils have a beautiful formula that’s incredibly moisturizing without feeling sticky. I love the slight tint of these lip oils, and they’re comfortable with a gorgeous finish.
This set includes three cute mini lip oils in different shades – one is very natural, almost clear; the otheris a lighter nude; and the last one is a bold, red shade, but still very wearable.

If you love natural-looking cream products, you’ll love anything by Nudestix. I especially love their cream blush sticks; they’re easy to use and blend out like a dream. The shade Sunset Strip is my absolute favorite – it’s the perfect color that leaves my cheeks looking healthy and fresh. I love the healthy glow this shade leaves on my skin even though it’s matte.

Another great option for holiday purchases is skincare products. Skincare items tend to be very expensive day-to-day, but if you purchase these sets, you can save a lot of money while also trying something new.
I love the Farmacy Honey line; this set contains deluxe sample sizes of the Honeymoon Glow AHA Resurfacing Night Serum, the Honey Halo Ultra-Hydrating Ceramide Moisturizer, and the Honey Potion Renewing Antioxidant Hydration Mask.
These smaller sample sizes are perfect for travel, but not so small that they only last you a couple uses. This would also be a great way to try out multiple products for a more reasonable price – if you like one, you can always purchase the full size later on.

Tatcha skincare products are usually extremely expensive, because it’s a higher-end brand. So, the holiday season is a great opportunity to test some of these products without breaking the bank. I really love the new Tatcha Rice Wash, and it’s included in this set. This set also includes the famous Dewey Skin Cream and the Silk Peony eye cream. These larger sample sizes are again perfect for travel or just a small way to pamper yourself with some luxury skincare.
These are a few of my recommendations and favorite gift sets from Sephora this year. I will personally be buying some of these for myself, as well as for my loved ones this holiday season. Sephora rarely holds sales or events, so this is a great time to take advantage of these value sets if you want to try out any products, but couldn’t bite the bullet before. Treat yourself; you deserve it!
