TikTok has become one of the biggest social media platforms currently used, and with its growing popularity it has become a hotspot for new trends in almost any category. Thanks to last year’s quarantine, many people were faced with much more free time to try some of the trends which were introduced throughout the year, anime being one of the biggest ones that have stuck around for 2021.

Anime is a word used to describe animation originating from Japan. This creative industry has always been very popular, but with the rise of TikTok, many more people have been introduced to this unique form of entertainment.
