Let Loose With These Top 5 Playlists

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at U Ottawa chapter.

One of the things I’ve learned over the years is that if you want to attract positive people in your life, you have to feel and act confident yourself. Whether you look up to certain role models in your life who make you feel beautiful, confident, and fierce, continue to look up to them until you become your own role model! Or whether it be putting on your fiercest outfit and doing your hair and makeup like a pro, continue doing you! For my collegiettes who remember the OC, try and embody Summer Roberts’ mantra: “happy high vibrations attract happy high vibrational circumstances”. One of the things that I find helps me build confidence is listening to a kick-a*# playlist while getting ready! Here are a few of my top playlists that I’ve fallen in love with and that help me get ready every morning!

1. Come to L.A
Perfect upbeat music to help get you out of bed and ready for you to grace the world with your presence!

2. Fluorescent Adolescent
This mix is awesome to sing along and have you smiling before the day starts! It’s the perfect mix for your morning commute to and from work/school/life or simply to dance in your room like a lady boss!

3. Get on Your Dancing Shoes
This is a nice quick playlist for those quick picker-uppers! It will get you dancing out the door in no time!

4. Songs for Good Days!
Songs for Good Days! is a playlist that’ll be sure to brighten up your morning and spread happiness and joy!

5. LET LOOSE
Last but not least, one of my favourite mixes to feel upbeat, whether I’m getting ready for a party, my morning classes, or a night out on the town!

Let us know what your favourite songs are when you get ready via Twitter or Facebook!
