Meet the outgoing Health & Lifesytle team! This group of superstars brought you stellar articles on how to live mindfully, eat well, exercise right, sleep soundly, enjoy sex, and hopefully manage your stress. Find out who the faces behind the names are, and watch out for more amazing articles from them next year!

Karine and Abigail have been with the Her Campus team since September and form part of the present and incoming editorial staff for Health & Lifestyle. After writing inspiring articles (en français and in english!), Karine will take the reigns from Abigail as the new Editor for Health & Lifestyle next year. Abigail served as editor for the Health & Lifestyle team and loved working with a great group of girls. Check out Karine’s work here, and Abigail’s past work here

If money were no object, what would you do and why? If money were no object, I would make it my mission to master the practice of yoga learning through the worlds best yogis and by practicing in the most beautiful settings everywhere across the globe. Traveling, experiencing nature in its most breathtaking forms, taking back control of my body and growing with spiritual teachers from all over, there is not much more I could ask for at this point in my life.

If money were no object, what would you do & why? Eat my way around the world! I love travelling and I’ve been raised with the idea that the best way to understand a culture is through their food. Which I couldn’t agree with more, or be happier about, since I absolutely love cooking and eating. When that gets tiring, I’d love to have my own studio where I can show case my paintings and sketches.
