K: Hike in the park, zip lining, and then going to the spa.

HC: What would you say is your favourite music at the moment?

K: I worship Beyoncé, but I’m a mix of everything. The Arctic Monkeys and the Killers, and Pat Boon, I listen to jazz, EDM. But Beyoncé is my Queen.

HC: Dream job?

K: I would be a detective; I like the whole aspect of being undercover.

HC: How would you describe yourself in 3 words?

K: Bubbly, positive and driven!

HC: What are your hobbies?

K: Soccer – I played for my city in Etobicoke and Ontario. I play acoustic guitar. I’m a huge animal rights activist and I watch killer whale documentaries in my spare time, I’ve seen blackfish 13 times! I really love whales, I think they’re beautiful.

HC: Biggest achievement?

K: I was published in a poetry book when I was 14.

HC: Best experience at uOttawa?

K: I think my best experience so far is being able to give tours as a uOttawa Ambassador and go to events like OUF (Ontario Universities’ Fair) and being able to translate my love for the university to others and having that love reciprocated when prospective students get excited about attending our university. It’s the best feeling.

HC: Fun fact?

K: I don’t think about myself a lot, I wasn’t prepared for these questions! Oh wait, I’m 4’11.

HC: Heels or flats?

K: I’m a mix of both, I have a lot of heels and I love wearing them, but they hurt a lot.  But if I had to pick one and comfort wasn’t a factor I’d pick heels.

HC: Embarrassing moment?

K: I was running down the stairs of my high school and I tripped down two flights of stairs and everyone in the foyer saw. I was bruised all over my arm, side and butt.

HC: Any last words?

K: I love uOttawa!
