1. Noodle Boot Shaper
You know those tall, and stylish boots that keep flopping over? Cut a pool noodle into an appropriate size, and slide it into yours boots. This way, your boots will no longer flop over, and will prevent the dreaded creases at the ankles!
2. Jewelry Board
A bulletin board displaying your jewelry collection! Purchase a bulletin board of good size for your jewelry collection, and apply tacks (push pins won’t work!) for your necklaces, bracelets, and rings to hang from. Put your own style on the board by painting it with colour, or designs! Decorative, and organizational!
3. Dream Catcher Earring Holder
We talked about a bulletin board organizer for necklaces, bracelets, and rings, but what about all your ear candy? Dream catchers are perfect for this, and they look so cute! Hang all your dangly earrings from the threads in a dream catcher! This DIY doubles as a decorative item for the walls of your bathroom or bedroom! Take this DIY a step further, and make your own dream catcher! Use an embroidery hoop for the frame, and coloured threads to make the interior. Attach feathers with hot glue (or super glue) to dangling threads to make the “tail” of the catcher.
4. Clothes Hanger Glasses Holder
I cannot be the only one with multiple pairs of sunglasses (one for each occasion, right?)! Solve the issue of sunglasses breaking from being stored in drawers, purses, or boxes by hanging them from a clothes hanger! You could keep the hanger stored in your closet, but placing the hanger on a nail, or tack from the wall displays your glasses/sunglasses beautifully, and solves the issue of being crushed.
5. Paper Roll Cord Organizer
Using toilet paper rolls to keep all your cords from getting tangled! Fold over the cords, and slide them into the paper rolls. Make it your own, and decorate the rolls by painting, or drawing on the rolls. Using craft ribbon, or rhinestones to decorate the rolls! Using labels makes it easier to know which cord is which! Organize further, and apply double-sided craft tape to the rolls, and place them horizontally on your wall, or fill a drawer of the rolls so they fit snuggly! One of the best uses of this is to fold the cord to your hair straightener when you’re not using it!
6. Clamp Desktop Cord Holder
It’s a hassle every time you want to use your printer right? Does digging around the back of your desk to find the USB plug-in sound familiar? This DIY makes this a non-issue! Clamp paper clamps onto the side of your desk, and slide the USB into the metal handle keeping it in arm’s reach whenever you need it. You can use this for computer, phone, or iPod chargers, too!Â
7. Dish Drainer Filer
Place folders in each slot of a metal dish drainer, and you have a desktop filing cabinet! Use the utensil holders to hold highlighters, pens, erasers, or any other office supplies! Putting designs, and colour on the file folders make this DIY look extra pretty.

8. Spice Rack Office Supply Holder
Just because our desk could never be too organized, this a fabulous solution to all those miscellaneous items that clutter our desks. Spice rack holders come with little jars that can fit elastics, erasers, paper clips, and anything else that’s running lose on your desk, or in the drawer.
9. Notebook Organizer with Envelopes
Have you ever forgotten your notebook for class? Or given handouts that are relevant to previous notes? Make everything more easily accessible by adding pocket envelopes into your notebooks! Slide all relevant pages into the envelope, and you could even make notes of the pages inside! This way you don’t need to take everything out of each envelope every time you need to find a page.
10. Notebook Planner
Never forget a due date again! Print off a calendar, and attach (tape, or glue) it onto the front page of your notebook. Mark down all your due dates, or study sessions for that course in your notebook so you never forget. Place a new calendar in your notebook each time the month changes. This helps to organize everything in when you learnt certain material (midterms, right?). However, if it’s easier for you to keep track of everything for each course when it is all in one place, then this might not be ideal for you!
