Quickly rising to the top of my list, High Potential is a phenomenal show filled with true crime and suspense. It keeps me completely hooked and I never ever want to turn it off. And the best part…each episode is an individual case! If you are scared of true crime, luckily for you, you will be able to sleep well at night knowing the perpetrator is already arrested, the case is solved, and the victim is safe.
Although the cases are supposed to be hard for the common person to solve, it is fun to play along and put together the mystery. Despite it being somewhat of a predictable show, the storyline is unlike any other and portrays a unique perspective for television. As a newcomer to the true crime realm, this show eased me into the genre and leaves me eager for the next week’s episode.
Overall, High Potential is a must-watch for anyone who loves mystery, crime, and a bit of humor. The emotion is raw, the characters are relatable, and the balance between suspense and fear keeps me on the edge of my seat every time.
