David Fine Class of 2015

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at U Mich chapter.

This pre-med (and very funny) junior knows how to mend your broken heart and make you laugh this winter!

Hometown?

Deerfield, IL

Major?

Biopsychology, Cognition, and Neuroscience / Pre-Med

What’s your favorite thing to do on the weekends?

I like to hang out with my friends; we’ve all been together since freshman year.

Celebrity Crush?

Natalie Portman. She is talented, funny, and I know I wouldn’t be disappointed hanging out with her.

Where’s your favorite place to meet girls and any advice for them?

Class, you gotta play the long con. Make friends in your classes, get meals with them, slowly you will find that there is a weird tension in your relationship, soon your study dates turn into dinner dates and next thing you know you have 3 kids and are living in Southern Florida.

What would be a great Christmas present from your girlfriend?

Something that is cute but strays from typical Christmas gifts. Something fun to do together like a TV series the both of you have been dying to get into would be great.

Favorite song & movie?

Last Friday Night by Katy Perry. I can’t tell if the song is a joke or not, but either way it somehow managed its way into our hearts.

My favorite movie is Silence of the Lambs, Hannibal Lecter is spooky, but the plot is crazy.

First thing you notice about a girl?

Eyes and a smile mean a lot. To me, I think it’s that you can tell a lot about a person’s disposition based on their eyes. This includes the person’s general interest in things, their positivity/cynicism, and how outgoing that person is.

Most awkward dating moment?

In 8th grade, this girl liked me but I didn’t like her back. One time I was at her house and she stole my phone and hid it behind her back. When I reached to get it, she leaned in and kissed me… I was taken aback and didn’t know how to react so, I did probably the worst thing possible; I bopped her on the head and said “NO! We don’t do that” and walked away. I later had to ask her for my phone back.
