After having separation anxiety from The Walking Dead for almost six months… yes SIX months, the Season 5 premiere is almost here! It has been a long Walking Deadless few months for us but Season 5 seems very promising. Between Beth going M.I.A. and wondering what exactly they’re grilling on that barbeque at Terminus, the premiere can’t come soon enough! I mean, we’re dying over here trying to piece together what is really going on… we need answers. Here are some of the things that all of us Walking Dead fans can’t wait to finally see:
How exactly Rick and the rest of the crew are going to get out of that trailer that they were locked in. We know they’re getting out but how?!
What Daryl Dixon is going to do without his crossbow. This is his signature weapon and it’s almost hard to picture him without it… will he get it back or will he have to learn to fight off walkers and enemies with a new type of weapon?
Will Michonne get her sword back? Michonne and her sword are nearly unstoppable, but what if she cannot retrieve it from the people of Terminus?
WHERE IS BETH?!
Are Carl and Rick going to be reunited with baby Judith? If they do, it will also be interesting to see how Rick reacts to Carol’s return being that Carol is taking care of Judith.
How Rick is going to be this season. We’ve watched Rick Grimes transform throughout each season and he finally seems ready to lead again. Although he was going through a downward spiral for quite some time after the death his wife Lori, the end of Season 4 showed that he was ready to take charge.
How the new members of the group, Tara, Abraham, Rosita and Eugene fit in with the others. Will Maggie get jealous of Tara? Will everyone believe that Eugene knows the cure for the walkers? It will be interesting to see how their presence in the group plays out.
Lastly… what walkers will be faced in this season!
