Campus Cutie: Cody Prudhomme

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at U Mass Amherst chapter.

Name: Cody Prudhomme

Age: 20

Year: Junior

Major: Journalism and Economics

Hometown: Clinton, MA

Job: Marketing Intern at 451 Marketing in Boston, MA – Summer 2014

Relationship Status: Single

Sign: Libra

HC UMass: What do you like to do on and off campus?

CP: I am a member of the Phi Sigma Kappa Fraternity, and I play various intramural sports [flag football, basketball, and softball]. You would most likely catch me hanging out with my brothers, enjoying a few beverages on the weekends.

HC UMass: What are some of your hobbies?

CP: I love playing baseball and golfing as much as possible. As a journalism major, I love working on creative writing and reading in my free time.

HC UMass: What would you say is your best trait, physically and personality wise?

CP: Physically, my best trait is my height. I love being taller than most people I meet on campus. Personality wise, I am very outgoing and extremely loyal to those I am friends with.

HC UMass: What do you look for in an s/o?

CP: Someone who is funny, outgoing, and can command the attention of a room. A girl that is motivated and has the drive to achieve her goals is very important to me. Ambition is super attractive.

HC UMass: Who is your celebrity crush?

CP: I’d have to say Candice Swanepoel, the Victoria’s Secret angel.

HC UMass: What does your ideal date look like?

CP: My ideal date would be a night out in the city. After we meet up in the late afternoon, we walk through the Boston Commons to get dinner at one of the countless, great restaurants in the area. After dessert, we head over to Fenway Park for a Red Sox game. What girl doesn’t like singing ‘Sweet Caroline?

HC UMass: Do you have any immediate plans prior to graduation, or a dream job?

CP: I would love to find a job that combines my two passions for writing and economics. Ideally, I will move to a major city after graduation and work for a large financial firm, taking economic research and translating it into an engaging script for the average consumer to read. It would test my skills in both journalism and marketing.
