I received the following items in the Her Campus Community Care Package, and have been trying them out throughout the week. Let’s take a look at them, and I’ll tell you why they will make the perfect addition to your fall semester!

Absolute New York is a cruelty-free beauty brand with everything from cosmetics to K-Beauty skincare. I hadn’t tried any of their products before, but I’m so happy I did!
For starters, their new Multipurpose Brush Collection is amazing! I received their 3-in-1 Complexion + Eye Brush and can already tell it’s going to be a great addition to my beauty regimen. This brush includes three different heads; a powder brush, a face sponge, and an angled eyeshadow brush. Not only are they super soft, but since it’s 3-in-1 it will also be great for traveling!
Additionally, their Freshly Bitten Gloss is also a must have for your makeup bag. I got it in their clear shade (Deep Connection) and was super impressed by it. It’s not sticky at all and is super moisturizing thanks to the jojoba oil in it. This makes it perfect for fall! There’s no reason you shouldn’t scoop up one of their 12 shades!

Being a long time Batiste fan, I was so excited to receive some of their products in my care package!
Their Travel Sized Shampoo is an absolute essential. It comes in three scents; original (clean & classic), blush (floral & flirty), and tropical (coconut & exotic). It’s also perfect to put in your purse or backpack for hair refreshes on the go!
But if dry shampoo isn’t your thing or it doesn’t work with your hair type, their new Waterless Cleansing Foam in Cleanse + Shine might be worth a try!

Last but certainly not least, Beautyblender’s Bounce Liquid Whip Long Wear Foundation! This was probably my favorite product I received in my care package. I don’t often try new foundations but was pleasantly surprised by this one!
It has everything I need; being both weightless and long-lasting! Not to mention, it also has Hyaluronic Acid to plump and hydrate your skin along with White Birch Extract which brightens and soothes.
I wore this foundation from morning to night with minimal creasing and cracking. Usually, when I wear foundation that long, my skin becomes super dry, but with Bounce that didn’t happen at all!
I also love how perfect the packaging is to use with your Beautyblender. It’s always my go-to tool when applying foundation, so that makes it even better!
For these reasons, once my sample runs out I will absolutely be buying a full size of this. If you’re looking for a new foundation, I’d recommend giving it a try!
