The leaves are beginning to change to their vibrant colors and the air is getting crisper by the day. This makes me want to snuggle up and drink a nice comforting cup of tea! I love to drink tea year round, but I humbly think that fall flavors like apple, cinnamon, and pumpkin are the best of all. Since I am quite the tea enthusiast, I thought I’d share five of my favorite tasty teas for fall!

Kava Root by Yogi

Kava root tea aids with stress relief, which I need during midterm weeks! It’s chock full of tasty spices which melts away my stress. The ultimate self-care hack is to brew this after a hot shower, face mask, and journaling session.

Cozy Chamomile by Bigelow Tea

Cozy is in the name for a reason. This is my all time favorite tea to drink just before bed. It’s soothing, calming, and honestly just feels like a warm hug. It’s my tried and true trick for when I have trouble falling asleep!

Cinnamon Apple by Bigelow tea

Shoutout to the UMass dining halls for introducing me to this tea! It’s the perfect ratio of apples to cinnamon and reminds me of apple picking in early October. (I won’t tell if you sneak a few from the dining halls, if you won’t tell!)

Throat Coat by Traditional Medicinals

It wouldn’t be autumn unless I caught some sort of cold/sore throat or UMass plague. This tea is my saving grace in helping me feel better ASAP! (It oddly helps with stomach aches as well!) The original tea blend has lemon, ginger, and echinacea, but I prefer the version that also adds slippery elm for added immunity support!

Decaf Pumpkin Spice by Stash Tea

Nothing says fall quite like pumpkin spice, and I love Stash Tea’s blend. This tea is like PSL’s cousin because the flavors are robust and it tastes like autumn in a cup, but in a more natural/herbal way. I actually like that this tea is decaf because it allows me to drink it at any time of day without the jittery effects of caffeine.

Whether you need stress relief, a tasty fall flavor, or something to help with your cold, these five teas are sure to do the trick! So grab a cozy blanket, your favorite book and brew a warm cup of tea to enjoy the cool and colorful fall weather.

P.S: I hate to say I play favorites but I do! I opt for tea brands that have little quotes on the tag because they make my day. (It’s the little things). My top picks are Yogi and Traditional Medicinals!
