Hilary Duff has recently expressed her interest in a Lizzie McGuire reunion. Lizzie McGuire was a definining moment in Disney Channel history and a role model for a pre-teen generation. We were there as Lizzie had to endure bra shopping, an eating disorder scare, her frenemy Kate Sanders and an epic Junior High graduation. So, here’s to reminding us all why a Lizzie reunion would be what dreams are made of.
1. To re-live Lizzie’s infamous picture day unicorn sweater.
2. Because, we all knew a Kate Sanders and it makes us wonder where is she now?
3. And reminisce over this…
4. Lizzie will remind us of the important things in life.
5. Because we all should take a note from Lizzie’s book and have a little more faith in ourselves.
6. Lizzie is a constant reminder to get back up when we fall.
(Even if your little brother secretly taped said fall.)
7. Because Lizzie is on our page emotionally and that will make us feel better.
8. Lizzie will remind us to always keep our priorities in order.
9. Because we all need to relive that phase in Lizzie’s life as we get further and further away from our own.
10. Because Lizzie, Gordo, and Miranda knew to be true to themselves.
11. Two words, one name: Ethan Kraft.
12. Because the Junior High struggle was real.
