As of February 17th, ex-Saturday Night Live cast member and lovable late night talk show host Jimmy Fallon took over Jay Leno’s spot as host of The Tonight Show. As a huge Jimmy Fallon fan, I am excited that he will now be on TV at the more reasonable time of 11:30 instead of 12:30. I, along with other fans of late night television, look forward to being able to watch him in this new role, and if you aren’t familiar with Jimmy, here are a few reasons you should be a fan:
1. He’s sassy.
2. He and Channing Tatum dressed up as girls and had a “smile-off.”
3. He reunited the cast of Full House.
4. He sang a sensual duet with John Krasinski.
5. He played a lovable and diehard Red Sox fan in Fever Pitch back in 2005.
6. He jived with Emma Watson.
7. He loves talking about his baby daughter.
8. He used puppies to predict the Red Sox 2013 World Series victory.
9. He writes thank you notes to everyday objects.
10. He’s BFFs with Justin Timberlake.
