As I sit here writing these words, I’m wearing one of my good friend’s hoodies (sorry Pton). More than a few times, my friends have left their clothing here and between my roommates and I, have never seen these articles again. What’s the reason? Why do we love wearing men’s clothing so much?
IT’S COMFY.
Personally, I have a very comfortable style that accomodates the leggings and oversize sweater lifestyle. My favorite thing about wearing men’s clothing is that it’s large and comfortable. So yes, if a hoodie or flannel is left at my house, I’m going to wear it.
The smell.
I’ll give it to you guys, you smell good. Another fun thing about cozying up in our boyrfriend’s (or friend’s) shirts is the smell of whatever guys wear to make them smell so nice.
The feel.
Borrowing clothes is fun. Whether it’s a roommate, best friend, boyfriend, or guy friend, wearing someone else’s clothes makes them feel like they’re new. Wearing leggings and an oversize tee in an effort to be Kendall Jenner is made that much easier when it’s a shirt scooped from a friend that not only smells good, but feels new and comfortable simultaneously.
No matter who you snag that flannel from, it’s always fun to wear our guys’ clothing.
