So, its that time of the semester again when everyone is super stressed. Our time is consumed by schoolwork and studying. BUT, Spring Break is right around the corner and it’s time to get your beach bod ready for wherever you will be spending our two week vacation away from school!

Here is a workout that you can do right in your living room with no need to stress about trying to make time to get to the gym between studying and classes. No weights needed!
