Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. Start your day off right with these quick healthy delicious meals. Waking up a few extra minutes early may seem tough, but these amazing breakfast options are worth it!
 
 
Cinnamon Raisin French Toast
 

Ingredients:
2 slices of cinnamon raisin bread
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
2 tablespoons of cream or heavymilk
 
Prep:
Mix together eggs, vanilla and cream or milk in a small bowl. Dip bread in mixture and make sure both sides are fully covered. Place bread on a non-stick saucepan heated at 350 degrees. Flip after three minutes or until golden brown. Serve by itself or with syrup.
 
 
 
Scrambled Veggie Breakfast Sandwich
 

Ingredients:
1 egg
2 slices of chopped tomato
1 tablespoon of onion, chopped
1 tablespoon of green pepper, chopped
1 English muffin (toasted)
 
 Prep:
In a non-stick saucepan heated at 350 degrees, add chopped veggies. When veggies are soft and cooked, scramble your egg and add it in the saucepan and mix veggies and egg all together. When scrambled mixture is hard and stuck together, add it in between your English muffin, to make a sandwich.
