You can spread awareness by just simply painting your nails.  The next time you pick out a color to paint your toes and nails, think about wearing a color that will promote the cause of the month.
 

Here are some colors and guidelines to help you pick out your polish.

Pink- National Breast Cancer Awareness
Purple- Domestic Violence Awareness

Purple- National Alzheimer’s Disease Awareness
