Cinnamon Oatmeal With Berries

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup Water*
  • ½ cup Oats – We like Nature’s Place Organic, Old Fashioned Oats
  • 1 Scoop Protein Powder (optional)
  • Couple dashes of Cinnamon
  • Blueberries, Raspberries, or any berries/fruit

 
PREPARATION:

  • Bring water to a boil on stove top
  • Add Oats; reduce to medium heat and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally
  • Remove from heat
  • Add Protein Powder, Berries, and Cinnamon; Stir
  • Enjoy! 
  • Use less water for thicker oatmeal or more water for thinner oatmeal
