5 Broad City Gifts That Will Make You Say YAAAS QUEEN

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at U Maine chapter.

If you haven’t seen Broad City, the insane and hilarious show about best friends Abbi and Ilana yet, then stop and watch it right now before reading further. The third season just ended and it’s been signed on for two more, so you’ve got plenty of time to catch up!

The show is a female-led, feminist, diverse series with Amy Poehler as one of the executive producers and the ability to make people cry laughing. Though the show is about the everyday strange occurances of living in NYC, it’s at the core about friendship. Why not celebrate your own friendships by getting your bestie (and yourself) some seriously cool Broad City gifts?!

1. Abbi & Ilana Lighters ($8)

Abbi and Ilana are a couple of stoners so a lighter is an appropriate thing to put their faces on. Whatever it is you’re using for, why not have a matching one with your bestie?

2. BFF Tote Bag ($22.99)

This one is from the Comedy Central website, so I think of it as paying to help keep Broad City up and running! This minimalist bag that’s cute and practical.

3. “Paw’d City” Art Print ($20)

Cat puns? Broad City? I think I’ve said enough.

4. Yas Queen Mug ($20)

“Yas, Queen!” might just be the shows most popular line. It’s “You go, girl!” x100 and the perfect uplifting message to read with your morning coffee.

5. Abbi Jacobson’s Adult Coloring Book “Color This Book: New York” ($8.64)

Not only is Abbi Jacobson hilarious, awkward, and relatable, but she’s also a super talented artist! Hop on the adult coloring book trend with this journey through New York City. If her style seems familiar, you might recognize it from the Broad City credits.
