Random roommates can be scary, but not Katie! As a transfer student, I needed to look for places to live, so I decided to message Katie through Facebook because she had posted that she needed one more person in her four-bedroom apartment. I was nervous about making the move to Iowa, but I was more nervous about living with someone random. But, thanks to the Random Roommate God, Katie is totally normal *most of the time* and has become one of my best friends here thus far. What made you decide to come to the University of Iowa?
Get away from a small town, good health program and my sister went here.

The diversity and getting to experience a lot of different things I never thought I would.
