1. DRINK WATER
Drinking water is so important to toning up and weight loss. Aim to drink 64 oz of water a day. Make sure to drink a hot glass of water with lemon right after waking up to jumpstart your metabolism and drink a glass of water before every meal to prevent overeating.

2. Let Jillian Michael’s be your best friend
Sometime’s all you need is a little motivation and having Jillian Michaels screaming at you through your television might just do that. Jillian’s 30 Day Shred is sure to kick you into gear and quickly!

3. If you’re cheap, Blogilates.com is your second best friend
Working out alongside Casey from Blogilates isn’t just fun but it’s also a great workout. Her workout videos are all free and can be found on youtube. You can also follow her beginners food meal plan to compliment your workouts.

4. Easy on the booze
Nothing ruins a good workout like filling up on calorie-filled beer that results in a post-bar trip to Mesa to curb your drunk munchies. If you can’t take out drinking completely at least skip the beer and go for mixed drinks with no calories.

5. Eat 5-6 meals a day
Eating five to six small meals throughout the day not only helps control your appetite but it raises your metabolism and helps prevent overreating. It’s important to make sure you’re still eating the right amount of calories for a healthy weightloss.
