HerCampus presents a quick and easy buying guide for drugstore makeup. This is for all of you who have gone to Walgreens to “pick up something real quick” and ended up in the makeup aisle for an hour. Or for those of you who dread the guessing game of buying mascara, eyeliner, and foundation. Count me guilty on both cases. The only credibility I have is being a cosmetic junky, with that being said, I think I’ve tried almost everything the drugstore has to offer.
