There must be something in the air in Hollywood! The past few months celebrities have been dropping lots of big news on us. Celebs like Snooki and Jessica Simpson have been adding new additions to their families, and we couldn’t be happier! However some of these little angles have been given some questionable names. To help you out with the overload of baby names, we here at Her Campus have conducted a list of the best and worst celeb baby names.
The Best
1. Camden Jack Cutler- Son to Kristin Cavallari and the Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler. It is easy to see why Kristin and Jay picked this name. It is totally cute and is perfect for their future football stud!
2. Lorenzo LaValle- Okay, so if anyone could pull off this name it’s Snooki and Jionni LaValle’s baby Lorenzo! I can’t think of a better name for this mini guido. Snooki is an avid user of instagram and shows off baby Lorenzo frequently, this little Italian meatball definitely has style.
3. Noah Shannon Green- Although he was born September 27th, Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, just revealed to the public that Megan gave birth to a baby boy. This name makes the list because it is cute and unique, but Noah’s middle name not so much…
4. Edward Duke Rancic- Giuliana and Bill Rancic welcomed their bundle of joy to the world on August 29th, via a surrogate mother. This baby name just sounds like it belongs to royalty and I can’t help but make a Twilight connection (Team Edward!).
The Worst
1. Rosalind Arusha Arkadina Altalune Florence Thurman-Busson (AKA Luna)- And the absolute worst
choice for a baby name goes to Uma Thurman! Uma’s daughter was born was born July 15th, but her name was not released until last week (probably because it took 2 weeks just to write it down). The baby will go by the name of Luna. Need I say more?
2. Penelope Scotland Disick- Now this I just don’t get. Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have one of the most well known celebrity kids, Mason Disick, and they name their baby girl Penelope? Mason got seriously lucky with a normal name. As for Penelope’s middle name, that was probably Scott’s idea, or should I say Lord Disick? Lets just hope Penelope is as cool as Mason.
3. Marlowe Ottoline Layng- Daughter to Sienna Miller and Tom Sturridge. Everything about this baby name is just wrong. I am all for unique baby names, but this is just a little too much for me.
4. Maxwell Drew Johnson- What is wrong with this name? It’s cute right? Yeah it’s cute, if you’re a boy, but this is what Jessica Simpson named her baby girl. Don’t get me wrong here, I love names that can be considered unisex, but this is a pretty manly name for a little girl.
