LDRs in college can be really awesome, but also really hard. Weigh these pros and cons when deciding what’s right for you.

Pro: It’s like Christmas when you get to see each other again.

Con: Communication almost solely through text always causes unnecessary drama.

Pro: You can get all your work done without having him there to distract you.

Con: You will get randomly emotional when you’re reminded of how much you miss him.

Pro: You can be independent and do your own thing.

Con: You can get kind of crazy thinking about what he’s doing without you.

Pro: You don’t have to try to look cute (or shave your legs) every day.

Con: You might be known amongst your friends as the one who doesn’t do anything because she has a boyfriend.

Pro: You can always count on him to cheer you on and be your biggest fan.

Con: You’re attached to your phone and freak out when he doesn’t answer fast enough.

Pro: He makes you totally, amazingly, completely happy.
