It remains essential amid these uncertain times to stay educated on your state’s most recent reproductive rights and available resources for those in need. Laws

1. Alabama 

Abortion is completely banned in the state of Alabama. Exceptions may occur if deemed necessary to save the pregnant person’s life or prevent serious injury.

2. Alaska 

Abortion is completely legal in the state of Alaska.

3. Arizona 

Abortion is legal in Arizona until 15 weeks and six days of pregnancy or less. Many providers across Arizona may refuse abortion services earlier in pregnancy.

4. Arkansas 

Abortion is completely banned in the state of Arkansas with extremely limited exceptions when deemed necessary to save the pregnant woman’s life.

5. California

CARE Clinics for Abortion & Reproductive Excellence offers late-term abortion services, birth control, fetal indication abortion services, and maternal indication abortion services. Planned Parenthood has locations around the country offering abortion pill services and in-clinic abortion services. The Abortion Care Network offers abortion access in 37 states and numerous virtual providers. The National Network of Abortion Funds funds abortions for those in need and aids people in finding providers across the country; it additionally aids people in finding local abortion funds. The National Abortion Federation assists those in need by helping them find the closest service providers to them. These are only a few of the resources located across the United States, and many more are available.
