With the recent cast announcement of The Traitors season six, fans can’t help but speculate who else they wish would take that trip to the Scottish Highlands. As a dedicated fan of the twisted game, I was definitely disappointed to see that a few names were not on the list. After careful consideration, I have crafted my very own dream cast of The Traitors, including which role I would like each of them to play. I believe beyond a shadow of a doubt that this rag-tag group would bring the drama, suspense, and careful gameplay that make The Traitors so exciting.
brittany broski (podcaster/host): Recruited traitor
While most known for her hilarious personality and knack for dressing up, jokes and fun are not all Brittany Broski would bring to the round table. She is also incredibly smart, analytical, and constantly exploring new fields. Her drive for figuring things out and solving life’s puzzles would make her an excellent traitor hunter. However, it’s her versatility that would also make her an incredible traitor. I believe that she would figure out who the traitors really are, forcing them to make her an ally. Her humor and good nature would make it easy for her to bond with the faithfuls, allowing her to fly under the radar when it comes time to vote someone out.
jax taylor (vanderpump rules): faithful
Every season needs a faithful who is just painfully loud and wrong to stir up drama and distract other faithfuls from the real threats early on. If you know Jax Taylor, you know he is the best man for the job. Though he would desperately want to be a traitor, I think that would be a little too obvious. The former SUR employee is known for his unstable personality and inability to tell the truth, making him a perfect red herring. Fans of Vanderpump Rules know how hard he would try to control the round table and the chaos that would inevitably ensue.
Trisha paytas (internet personality): faithful
Before her podcast and Broadway debut, Trisha Paytas was known for being on too many reality TV shows to count, and I think this would be the perfect comeback. While she probably would not contribute much to hunting down traitors, her inevitable viral moments would make the season impossible not to watch. In any case, she would definitely be one of the faithfuls to make it to the finale, because she would not be seen as much of a threat. However, I wouldn’t be surprised if she was able to pinpoint the traitors at the very end in a shocking final moment.
Trixie mattel (rupaul’s drag race): faithful
A key part of the formula of The Traitors is putting as many big personalities in a room as possible. With that in mind, Trixie Mattel was an easy addition to my cast. Not only would she be ready to fight back at the round tables, but she would bring some of the most iconic looks of the season as well. If she can be as quick-witted as she is on podcasts with her close friends, imagine how efficiently she could silence someone accusing her of being a traitor.
Robert irwin (conservationalist): traitor
While most people might impulsively cast Robert as a faithful, I think he would be an excellent candidate for an unexpected traitor. His kindness, soft demeanor, and love of animals make him perfectly inconspicuous, as no one would suspect him of murder and betrayal. His charm could quickly win the hearts of the faithfuls, carrying him all the way to a quarter of a million dollars. He would also be a great person to have around during one of the many challenges that involve unappealing creatures like snakes, insects, and rodents.
scheana shay (vanderpump rules): faithful
Despite her Vanderpump Rules co-star already being selected, I can’t help but choose Scheana Shay as well. She would be an incredible source of emotional drama and probably be the first to bring tears to the round table after a particularly heated argument. In true Traitors fashion, she’d feel deeply connected to everyone in the castle, only to feel wildly betrayed when any of them turn out to be traitors. Though most people can’t help but take the outcome of the game at least a little personally, Shay would undoubtedly take every twist to heart, making for great television.
Bruno Tonioli (dancing with the stars): faithful
If anyone could give Alan Cumming a run for his money in the flair department, it’s Bruno Tonioli. The over-the-top showmanship that he is known for is exactly the kind of personality that works so well on The Traitors. His commanding presence would make his fellow faithfuls respect his theories, which may not be far off. And who knows, maybe he will recruit one of the other players for next season of Dancing with the Stars!
Leah kateb (Love island usa): traitor
Who better to go to the castle than the people’s princess herself? Leah Kateb stole audiences’ hearts on season six of Love Island USA with her quick wit and iconic comebacks, and could easily use those same skills to win over the faithfuls. Further, her former co-star Rob Rausch proved on season four of The Traitors that islanders are quickly underestimated. She has the potential to perform cunning game moves, work well with other traitors, and deliver more of the hilarious one-liners that fans love her for.
ilona maher (olympian): traitor
Ilona Maher is the whole traitor package. She is kind, outgoing, and would get along great with the faithfuls, so they would not be quick to suspect her. Further, she is an athlete, which would make her a huge asset during missions. However, her success in sports means she has the competitive spirit necessary to be a great traitor. While her bubbly personality distracts them, she has the drive to make cunning moves against the faithfuls and do what it takes to win.
Snooki (jersey shore): faithful
When it comes to reality TV icons, there are few more iconic than Nicole Polizzi. To most fans, it would hardly matter how good or bad she was at spotting traitors; just having her on the show would be enough. While most of the time she would likely be as hilarious and charming as ever, you better believe that New Jersey passion will come out if anyone accuses her at the round table.
stephen nedoroscik (olympian): faithful
This bronze medal Olympian captured the attention of millions with his joyful disposition during the 2024 Olympics, and again as a contestant on season 33 of Dancing with the Stars. Stephen Nedoroscik’s advanced athleticism combined with his positive attitude would make him a crucial member of the faithfuls during both the missions and in the castle. He would make quick bonds with the cast and likely make it to the very end, as no one would want to be the one to murder or vote him out.
kevin jonas (MUSICIAN): faithful
Although this may be a hopeful inclusion, I think Kevin Jonas would bring great energy to the castle. Despite his silly persona, he could actually be very good at solving puzzles, especially in any music-related challenges. Fans of the Jonas Brothers would love to watch him, and being a big family man, his kids probably would, too. Despite the teasing he might get from Nick and Joe if he is voted off or murdered early on, Kevin would easily become a fan favorite on the show.
matpat (internet personality): faithful
Matthew Patrick, better known as “MatPat,” is the creator of YouTube shows Game Theory and Film Theory. For over 15 years, he has made a career out of coming up with theories and proving the impossible, giving him all of the necessary skills to be one of the best traitor hunters the show has ever seen. Further, larger celebrities may be unfamiliar with him, allowing him to be underestimated and remain unmurdered by the traitors.
Nene leakes (The real housewives of atlanta): faithful
It wouldn’t be a true season of The Traitors without any housewives, especially one as iconic and beloved as NeNe Leakes. Although finding traitors might not be in her skill set, she will certainly bring the drama and the hilarious confessionals. While everyone argues at the round table, we can count on Leakes to deliver her classic reactions and snappy comebacks.
rhett McLaughlin (TV personality): faithful
Being a co-host of the TV series Good Mythical Morning, a show that frequently revolves around unique games, Rhett has the potential to be a very promising faithful. Beyond this experience, he would bring a fun and grounding energy to the castle, which is needed when so many outgoing individuals are put together. With all of the strange games and experiments they perform on his show, he would be another helpful player during challenges.
So, who would win this incredible season? We’ll have to fly this cast to Scotland to find out!
