Tinder is one of the most popular forms of online dating these days. It is especially popular on college campuses where students are looking for hookups, relationships, or just someone to talk to. Girls are guilty of letting the guy message them first – it’s like some unwritten rule that we let the guys make the first move. We did our part by swiping right and now it’s all up to the guy once a match is made.
This is a compilation of some of the greatest pick-up lines some girls at UConn have gotten from guys on the frequently used dating app.
Some are cute…

Some are creative…

Some are super corny…

And some are just hilarious…

So guys, if you are trying to decide what kind of message to send your latest match, just be yourself (but be respectful). Most of us appreciate the cute, the corny, and the creative because let’s face it, you sending the inital message is already more than we will probably ever do. Kudos to your courage, boys!
