Although the 2016 presidential election does not feel that long ago, 2020 is only a year away, and politicians are beginning to gear up for the battle.

 

Republicans

To begin with, current President Donald Trump has announced that he will be running for re-election in 2020.

As of right now, he is the only notable Republican who has declared their candidacy.

 

Democrats
