Journaling can be a good way to release emotions, acknowledge your thoughts, and find out more about yourself. It can also be challenging to figure out where to start. Here are some prompts to help you out when you want to write but are feeling stuck! Remember that it doesn’t need to be perfect, just start writing and see where it goes.
