The time of cheap chocolate has finally arrived.

Your best friends are the ones who are always going to be there for you, so Galentine’s Day is the perfect excuse to celebrate the relationships you value the most. While you may not have (or want) a significant other (you go girl!), this is a great time to get together with your girlfriends and away from the business that is life for one night.

Regardless of what kind of friend group you have, there’s an endless amount of options for ways to celebrate Galentine’s Day. Is eating something that always happens when you get together? Hit up your local Earls or Cactus for a late-night happy hour or book a reservation to eat your weight in carbs.

Love movies? Have a night in! If you’re really in your feels and want a good rom-com here are some suggestions:

1. Friends With Benefits

2. Just Go With It

3. The Ugly Truth

Don’t want to think about ~love~? No problem, here are some suggestions for horror or thriller movies you can cuddle up with your besties and watch:

1. IT

2. Strangers

3. Jigsaw

Besides movies and dinner, it doesn’t seem like there’s too much else to do is there is. Wrong. Go out and have some fun. When was the last time you went mini-golfing or bowling? When was the last time you played laser tag? See how sharp your minds are and try out an escape room – put your brain to the test.

No matter what you do, remember that time is valuable, and it’s just as important to spend it with your girls as any partner you may have. Make the most of what you have and celebrate the important relationships in your life.
