I recently watched a video where someone described the people of New Orleans as a family: disfunctional at times, yes, but a family still. One of the first and most important rules in my family is to speak with only good intentions; have nothing but love for one another. Although Tulane students may only be a temporary member of the NOLA family, I think we do a good job of spreading kindness to every human around, which is one of the things I love most about our school. I smiled as I saw these words outside of the House of Blues downtown… they are words to live your day to day life by.

Modern-Day Buddha.
