I am undeniably a huge fan of anything that that is easy to eat and can be eaten on the go. When I came upon this recipe in the beginning, it struck me as not only easy to put together, but also just really yummy. When I am in dire need of anything Mexican-food related, and come to the question “why is there no Chipotle in Louisiana?” I’ll quickly put together this instead!
Tacos in a bag!
1/2 Cup fresh chopped cilantro
Bags of Fritos
1 can of chili
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Jalapenos, or green onions
+Whatever you like on your tacos
1. Microwave chili until heat of desired
2. Open bags of fritos. Spoon in chili, cheese, sour cream and jalapenos (whatever toppings you want). Stick a fork in it and eat!!
