World, meet Rebecca Shafron, your future leader. Rebecca (aka DJ Rebbie Rebz, Rebbie, Bex, Becca, OG Homie) is taking Tulane by storm and is also just an all-around fantastic human. What’re you involved with on campus? I am President of Panhel and I do programming at Hillel, Kappa Alpha Theta, and Student Conduct Peer Advisory Council.

Favorite Class at Tulane: Jewish Youth and Cultural Change with Michael Cohen. It was one of the only classes that really applied to my values as a person and he really made an effort to get to know me as an individual and showed me he valued my opinion.
Why are you proud to be a Tulanian? I appreciate that I get to feel a part of something that’s more than just your typical 4 year college experience.
Favorite Restaurants in NOLA: Shaya… Revolution is a close second.
