Who doesn’t love a good Halloween pun?! In this charmer’s case, it seems as though someone else’s heart may or may not be all over his shirt…gross! I must say, choosing to go to this year’s Halloween Parade in the Quarter was an incredible decision. The creepy zombies and ghoulishly beautiful floats were definitley highlights, but the amount of beads draped around parade-goer’s necks was pretty awesome too. If you missed it, no worries- there’s always next year!
