1. What was the best part about being a pre-orientation leader?

I feel so lucky to have been a leader for TWO. Pre-o is the best because of the community it provides, and I think wilderness especially is so special because of how it extends so much further beyond that first week in the woods. TWO has the potential to serve as an incredible support system that lasts throughout the entire Tufts experience (wilderdinner every Sunday in Dewick at 5:45 – see you there).

2. Why did you decide to get involved with TWO?

I had the most rewarding experience as a freshman in TWO, so I couldn’t think of anything better than trying to give back at least a fraction of what my leaders had given to me. TWO brings people together from such a variety of diverse backgrounds and puts them in the most pristine environment where they can challenge themselves, ask questions, and create bonds that help ease the transition into college, which I think is invaluable. Plus, being outside is the best.

3. What other things are you involved in on campus?

TDC (ha), Chi Omega, TMC, and Dewick.

4. What are you excited for this year at Tufts?

EVERYTHING. I’m going to do everything. SENIOR YEAR LET’S GO ‘BOS.

5. If you were a kitchen utensil, which would you be and why?

Chip bag clip. Keep it fresh!
