New York Fashion Week officially ended last week, showing us trends we loved—And maybe some we didn’t need. As an avid Project Runway viewer, I used my critical eye to choose my top trends for Spring 2015.

1.)  Bare Midriff

Ah, yes the infamous “crop top” is here to stay. Instead of being paired with only high-waisted jorts, expect to see these shirts paired with full skirts and trousers.

2.)  Oversized and Flowy

I can’t complain about this trend. Not only is it fashion forward, but it’s comfortable!

3.)  Transparency

Even though sheer shirts have become mega popular in the past year, transparency is now being used in other articles of clothing including dresses, pants, etc.

Bottom of the Barrel:

I unfortunately saw a lot of khaki and army green on the runway. I can totally appreciate the baggy/oversized trend, but not in all khaki! If anything, this reminds me of my middle school uniform, and no one wants to relive that.
