Spring is here! It’s been a long, snowstorm filled winter, and I know all Collegiettes ready to shed some layers. As much as we loved sledding and posting up in Tisch, there’s no doubt it’s time to tan on the President’s lawn and rock our floral-patterns. Here are my six favorite things about spring!
1. Natural Highlights
The sun is finally out and it is time to get some color. Throw some Sun-In into your hair, or just let nature do its work and prepare for those beachy highlights to appear.
2. Moe’s is Back
The end of the night hasn’t been the same without a greasy burger, so now is really the time to go for it. Luckily, it won’t be bikini weather for at least a month or two, so be sure to splurge while you can. You’ll miss that red trolley by the time June rolls around.
3. New Nail Polish
While nail polish isn’t generally something to get overly excited about, there’s nothing quite like a pop of spring-themed color after a long season of dark blues and purple. Be sure to check out the best Essie polishes for the nail trends of Spring 2014. Trust me, you’ll be glad you did.
4. Easter (April 20th)
Those of you spending Easter at home will definitely have a day full of family, fun, and food. Those of you spending Easter at school will certainly also have a day filled with fun and food. . . but maybe not the family part.

Disclaimer, I’ve never but I hear it’s the time of your life.
6. Warm Weather
Obviously the best thing about spring. Going outside no longer means shivering and harboring all possible body heat. Whip out the shorts and sundresses because were done with the down jackets!
