5 Things to Do in Boston When It Gets Warm Out:

Is spring fever getting the best of you? Do you want to get off campus and explore Boston on these beautiful spring days? Here are 5 things to do on warm spring days in Boston!

 

1.     The Lawn on D

The Lawn on D, pwered by Citizens Bank, is a 2.7-acre outdoor event space full of colorful lounge chairs and swings. It also has rotating public art exhibitions and assorted games such as bocce courts and Ping-Pong tables. Oh, and not to mention its outdoor bar and grille! 

 

2.     Boston Common

On a warm sunny day, there’s nothing better than taking a stroll through the Boston Common. While you’re there, take a ride on swan boat or ride the Frog Pond carousel!

 

3.     Explore some “secret garden spots” in Boston

Boston.com put together a list of “secret garden spots” around the city that are worth investigating for sure. Here they are!

 

4.     Kayak on the Charles River

For a splash of summer, go kayaking on the Charles River with Paddle Boston

 

5.     Rooftop Bars

Get a group of friends and go to a rooftop bar for some refreshments in the warmth! Go to any of the following: Daedalus in Harvard Square, The Sinclair, The Whiskey Priest, City Side Bar, the Baseball Tavern, and the Rooftop @ Revere.
