Any person sartorially savvy enough to agree that sweatpants cannot ever constitute as an outfit, knows that their wardrobe is both a blessing and a curse. While there are pieces in it that you obviously love, (Duh, that’s why you bought them, remember?) sometimes they feel as if they can’t possibly go together in a fresh or even coherent way.  To mix things up and keep hip to the times, try adding a few fashion bloggers to your Instagram feed. I know I know, you risk offsetting your follower:following ratio (Ugh) but trust me, when you realize you’ve been standing in front of your closet for 5 minutes just aimlessly staring at a rack of clothes, it’s worth it. A few fashion bloggers you should be following now are: Aimee Song (@Songofstyle), Camille Charrière (@Camtyox), Chiara Ferragni (@Chiaraferragni), Julia Sariñana (@Sincerelyjules), and Arielle Nachmani (@Somethingnavy)

Aimee Song | @Songofstyle

Besides being incredibly hot and having the best hair I’ve ever laid eyes upon, Aimee Song’s style is just the cherry on the top of an envy-filled cake. Her instagram is filled with pictures documenting her various outfits and almost all of them are taken by someone other than herself so you can actually get a full glimpse of the entire look– shoes, sunglasses and bag included. Since she’s from the LA, her style is non coincidentally very trendy but laid-back, and always feminine and put together. One of the many highlights of following Song is that she usually posts only once a day, which is nice because that way she’s not flooding your feed with six #OOTD!!!!! pics every couple of hours, if you feel me.

Camille Charrière | @Camtyox

It’s like just when you think you might have made headway in pulling off “effortlessly-chic,” there’s always that one girl who just does it SO much better. Half French and half British, Camille Charrière combines elements form both cultures and compiles them into a look that is always innovative yet classically put-together. Whenever you’re trying to channel both sophisticated and modern, head on over to Charrièrre’s ’Stagram for a little inspiration, you’re bound to find something with which you can play copy cat.

Chiara Ferragni | @Chiaraferragni

I stumbled upon Ferragni’s account in the midst of this year’s New York Fashion Week, and I’ve been completely and probably too obsessed ever since. Besides the fact that she casually moonlights as a model, this stunning signorina has some beyond serious style. Most of her looks are constructed from high end pieces mixed with unique boutique finds, all amounting to very chic and in vogue outfits. She also frequently tags the items she’s wearing which is incredibly helpful if you’re looking to snag them for yourself. For me, I favor following Ferragni because not only does she inspire my own fashion choices, but her style is comparatively easy to replicate, especially if you’ve got a lot of black in your closet.

Julia Sariñana | @Sincerelyjules

This petite LA-based stylist is someone who’s been around the fashion blogging scene for a while now, creating SincerelyJules.com back in February of 2009 and having contributed to the magazine sites of Glamour, Elle, E! News, Lucky Magazine, Teen Vogue and Cosmopolitan Latina. As someone who’s a veteran at throwing together Chucks, a leather pencil skirt, gray v-neck and army jacket, Sariñana has mastered casual-cool. If you’re ever looking to wear something that’s as equally comfortable as it is stylish, check out this chick’s account. Since her look relies on classic staples such as gray, white and black v-necks, and black or denim jeans, you’ll be sure to fid a look in her collection that you can create out of your own clothes.

Arielle Nachmani | @Somethingnavy

Nachmani, creator of Somethingnavy.com, is an absolute genius when it comes to mixing and matching and cleverly putting together the pieces of her ensemble puzzle. She considers the effects of different fabrics and textures, craftily pairing leather with chunky, woven sweaters, or chambray with rough snake-skin. Nachmani’s account is something of a dream as you scroll through her daily photos of perfectly composed outfits, and though you might not have similar pieces already in your closet, her feed is certainly something to check out before your next big online shopping spree.
