The smell of egg nog and fresh baked cookies is in the air, so you know what that means … the holiday season is here. One of my favorite things about this season is dressing up for the exciting holiday parties. This is the perfect time to pick out the perfect holiday ensemble.

Sequins
Nothing screams “tis the season to be jolly” more than sequins.  A sequin top or blazer can be paired with dark washed skinny jeans and worn to a family gathering or party.

Platform Heels

If you are going for a dressier look, a sequins mini dress would look great with a pair of platform heels.

Patterned Tights
To keep your legs warm on those chilly nights, add a pair of patterned tights to a skirt or dress.

Shorts With Tights
If you’re going for an edgier look, pull out a pair of shorts from your summer wardrobe and pair them with your favorite tights.

Comfy Sweaters
One of my favorite go-to outfits during the holiday season is a big comfy sweater.  You can add a skinny belt around your waist for a tailored look, or even pair it with leggings or skinny jeans.

Whatever you do this holiday season be sure to have fun and be fashionable!!

What fun holiday parties are you planning on going too? Tell us in the comments!
