Alexandra (aka Ali) Pannoni Founder, President & Editor-in-Chief @alipannoni
Hi! My name is Ali and I am the founder, president & editor-in-chief of Her Campus Towson. I started Her Campus Towson when I was a sophomore in February 2011. I absolutely LOVE Her Campus Towson! Some of my biggest accomplishments for Her Campus have been interviewing country singer Chuck Wicks and getting a shoutout from Gavin DeGraw for the publication. But above all I am most proud of the friendships I have formed and the opportunities I have seen the women of Her Campus Towson receive as a result of being apart of this organization. Since founding Her Campus Towson I have interned at Baltimore magazine and The Kane Show, a radio morning show heard locally on HOT 99.5 in DC and Z104.3 in Baltimore. Currently I am a senior majoring in mass communications with concentrations in journalism and new media. I also have a minor in theatre.
Emily Greene Vice President, Academics & Career Editor & Feature Writer
I was born and raised in Montgomery County, Maryland and graduated from Damascus High School. I am currently a senior at Towson and am studying English on the writing tract. After I get my degree I plan on going to law school. I’m in the Honors College and the Prelaw fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta. My heart belongs to the Philadelphia Eagles. My name is Christine Long and I’m a senior and third year member of Her Campus Towson. As an art education major, I am interested in all things art and I serve as Her Campus Towson’s art director and secretary. My name is Leslie Isler and I’m a senior. I’m from Upper Marlboro, Maryland in Prince George’s County. I am currently majoring in business administration with a concentration in marketing and a public relations certificate. I am also taking advantage of the sport management courses here at Towson since that’s the industry I want to be join. As far as my future aspirations they are VERY broad. I would be satisfied with sport marketing and public relations for professional sport teams or organizations. But my heart is in community relations, non-profit organizations and increasing adaptive sports opportunities (Intellectual and physical disabilities). During my down time, I love dry humor, documentaries and getting lost in beautiful places. I enjoy my time with Her Campus and a little sad this my last year but it’s gonna be a great one!

Heyy! I’m Brittany Smith, 22-year-old senior majoring in advertising and public relations. When I’m not trying my hardest to be a straight “A” student, I’m interning for Yelp Baltimore and finding anything fun! I love traveling, but the beach is where I belong, I’m a cancer sign so I love being in or around the ocean.

My name is Kristen Coffey and I am a sophomore here at Towson. Starting this new school year as a Freshman Orientation Leader is very exciting. I am a sister of the Theta Delta chapter of Alpha Xi Delta as well as the events editor for Her Campus Towson. My name is Ashley Ward, and I will be graduating in the Fall from Towson University with a B.S in mass communication with a concentration in journalism. This summer I was able to serve as a communications intern at Georgia Family Council in Norcross, GA and that experience allowed my passion for communications to flourish. I hope to one day work with an organization or company where I can communicate effectively the issues in our society to the rest of the world. I’m Kaitlyn and I am a junior at Towson! I write articles, mostly fitness and music, and I am the treasurer for Her Campus! I am an exercise science major with a concentration in physical therapy. I enjoy running, especially racing half marathons, working out, going to concerts, traveling, my friends and family, and my hound dog Jesse!

Hello, ladies! I’m Chelsea and I’m currently a sophomore this year at Towson. I’m a mass communications major and a creative writing minor; I’m also the current fitness editor this year for Her Campus. I’m a certified Zumba instructor and have been very focused on getting healthy while in college, despite all the difficulties and set backs that come with living on campus. I’m Cydney Humphrey. I’m a freshman who will be majoring in mass communication with a focus on journalism and new media, and will minor in English with a focus on writing. I plan to write for The Towerlight as well. I spend my free time listening to Jason Mraz, writing stories, and reading anything people suggest to me. I’m constantly on Tumblr, Facebook, and Twitter, so I think it’s safe to say that I have social networking down-pat. My family came from Towson and Towson University, so I’ve moved back to keep up with the legacy! I am a pre-nursing major, mostly because I find the mechanics behind the human body so interesting. Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a sophomore at Towson majoring in early childhood education with a minor in French. I hope to be a kindergarten teacher and a children’s book author. I’m a Baltimore native and love finding fun things to do around the city, especially going to Baltimore Blast games. At Towson I’m involved in Her Campus and TigerTHON. Currently I’m a teacher’s assistant at a preschool and at the dance studio where I have danced for 16 years. When I’m not at school or work I enjoy being involved in theatre, writing, reading, and playing soccer.

I’m Melissa Patek, a sophomore elementary education major and a mass Communications minor. Besides Her Campus, I’m involved in TigerTHON here at Towson. I’m a homebody; I’ve lived my entire life in Baltimore, and can’t imagine living anywhere else. I’m a teacher’s assistant at a preschool and work at the dance studio where I’ve been dancing for 16 years. In addition to dancing and working with kids, I love theatre, playing soccer, reading, writing (obviously), doing puzzles, and napping when I get the chance. I’m very excited to be joining Her Campus along with my twin sister, Rachel.
